Sarah Worley, MSc MBPsS
I have over eleven years’ experience in wellbeing and psychology, helping people heal their lives from the inside out.
I work with clients aged 18+ from a diverse range of backgrounds. My passion is to help you get from surviving to thriving, enabling you to discover how much more you can get from life when you start shifting your reality.
I am very down to earth in my approach; working with a sense of connection, integrity, openness and honesty is so important to me. I bring humour to the sessions and a sense of humanity and compassion.
I have a passion for music and the arts and am qualified in Performing Arts Medicine, so I am particularly well placed to help you unlock your potential, overcome performance anxiety and creative block and reach new levels of creative expression as an artist, writer or musician.
I have personal experience of dealing with fatigue, burnout and overwhelm and an understanding through my own life and others close to me of the impacts of stress and the importance of managing it to prevent or manage stress-related illness. I offer compassion, understanding and tools to help you cope, as well as a space to help you reflect and redress the balance of self-care in your life.
Alongside my private coaching practice, I have worked extensively with students of all ages in three universities, as Wellbeing Officer for Arts University Bournemouth and as the manager of the NHS led Student Wellbeing service at Bournemouth University. I am unable to offer private services to students from the University of Portsmouth as I am currently employed as a Senior Wellbeing Advisor at the University.
